Description
The SAMPLE 6225 is a new-generation 3-axis machining center equipped with the Osai OPEN control system.
The machine features a 6200 × 2500 mm nesting working table.
The table can be configured with a vacuum system adapted to production requirements, with the option to install various accessories, including a presetting system and stop pistons for workpiece positioning.
The machine is equipped with an ISO 30 electrospindle, 12 kW, 24,000 RPM, air-cooled with fan assistance.
The tool changer is an 8-position rotary system mounted on the bridge column.
For X-axis movement, the machine uses two Delta EtherCAT brushless motors in GANTRY configuration, while the remaining axes are also equipped with Delta EtherCAT brushless motors.
Technical features
Structure
Fixed table and moving gantry. The machine frame, after welding, undergoes thermal stabilization treatment in ovens to remove internal stresses and ensure long-term stability and precision.
Working table
6200 × 2500 mm nesting area with 6 vacuum zones. Table made of micro-perforated double-layer bakelite (sandwich structure).
Spindle
ISO 30 electrospindle – 12 kW – 24,000 RPM – air cooled with auxiliary fan.
Oscillating knife
Oscillating knife with CNC-programmable C-axis, 9000 oscillations/min, 8 mm stroke.
Ionizing gun
Installed near the spindle to remove electrostatic charges and improve chip extraction.
Tool changer
6-position rotary tool changer mounted on the bridge column.
Part unloading and cleaning
Motorized and CNC-programmable system for part unloading and cleaning.
Presetting
Present, located at the rear side of the working table.
Lubrication
Grease pump programmable via CNC.
Axis motors
X-axis driven by 2 Delta brushless motors in GANTRY configuration. Remaining axes also equipped with Delta brushless motors.
