Description
The SAMPLE 2525 is a new-generation 3-axis machining center designed for the production of components for an electrolytic cell.
Equipped with the Osai OPEN control system, the machine features a 2500 × 2500 mm Nesting working table.
The table can be configured with a vacuum system tailored to specific production requirements, with the possibility of installing several optional accessories, including a presetting system and stop pistons for workpiece positioning.
The machine is equipped with a HITECO electrospindle featuring an HSK F63 tool holder, rated at 12 kW and 24,000 RPM, with liquid cooling.
The 24-position tool changer is mounted on the rear side of the machine and protected by a hydraulic cover.
For X-axis movement, the machine uses two Delta EtherCAT brushless motors in GANTRY configuration, while the remaining axes are also driven by Delta EtherCAT brushless motors.

WORKING TABLE
The working area is 3200 × 2000 mm in Nesting configuration, with 2 vacuum zones.
The table consists of two layers of grid-pattern sandwich bakelite.
SPINDLE
HSK 63 electrospindle rated at 12 kW and 24,000 RPM, air-cooled with an electric fan.
TOOL CHANGER
12-position rotary traveling tool changer mounted on the right side of the beam.
DRILLING UNIT
Drilling unit composed of 9 vertical outputs.
PRESSURE ROLLERS
Pressure rollers designed to improve workpiece holding during machining operations.
PRESSURE HOOD
Extraction hood complete with pressure device to improve workpiece holding during machining.
UNLOADING BAR
Bar designed for unloading finished parts and cleaning the spoilboard panel at the end of the machining cycle.
MOTORIZED UNLOADING TABLE
Motorized unloading table designed to receive finished parts after machining.
LUBRICATION
Oil pump lubrication system.
AXIS MOTORS
The X axis is driven by 2 Delta brushless motors in GANTRY configuration.
The remaining axes are also powered by Delta brushless motors.
