Description
The SAMPLE 3013 is a new-generation 3-axis machining center designed for the production of insulated panels for vans used in food transportation.
Equipped with the Osai OPEN control system, the machine features a 3450 × 1500 mm Nesting working table.
The table can be configured with a vacuum system tailored to specific production requirements, with the possibility of installing several optional accessories, including a presetting system and stop pistons for workpiece positioning.
The machine is equipped with an HSD electrospindle with ISO 30 tool holder, rated at 12 kW and 24,000 RPM, air-cooled with an electric fan.
The 8-position traveling tool changer is mounted on the left upright of the bridge.
The machine is also equipped with an ionizing gun, used to eliminate electrostatic charges from the processed material, improving chip extraction and dust removal.
For X-axis movement, the machine uses two Delta EtherCAT brushless motors in GANTRY configuration, while the remaining axes are also driven by Delta EtherCAT brushless motors.

STRUCTURE
Fixed table, moving gantry.
After welding, the machine base is subjected to a stabilizing heat treatment in dedicated furnaces to eliminate internal stresses and ensure long-term precision stability.
WORKING TABLE
The working area is 3450 × 1500 mm in Nesting configuration, with 2 vacuum zones.
The table is made of two layers of grid-pattern sandwich bakelite.
SPINDLE
ISO30 electrospindle rated at 12 kW, 24,000 RPM, air-cooled with fan assistance.
IONIZING GUN
Positioned near the spindle, it allows the extraction system to remove machining residues by eliminating electrostatic charges from the processed material.
TOOL CHANGER
8-position traveling rotary tool changer mounted on the bridge column.
LUBRICATION
Grease pump programmable via CNC.
AXIS MOTORS
The X axis is driven by 2 Delta brushless motors in GANTRY configuration. The remaining axes are also equipped with Delta brushless motors.
