The fixed-table, moving-gantry structure supports a 7000 × 3000 mm working area, featuring a Nesting table with 4 vacuum zones made of double-layer grid-pattern bakelite, ensuring stability and reliability.
The machine is equipped with a 12/14.4 kW vertical HSK electrospindle running at 24,000 RPM, and a 32 kW dual-output horizontal electrospindle running at 18,000 RPM, both orientable from 0° to 360° for maximum machining flexibility.
The 10-position rotary tool changer ensures fast and efficient operation.
Motion is achieved through rack-and-pinion transmission on the linear axes, driven by Delta brushless motors and Wittenstein gear reducers, enabling speeds up to 46 m/min.
The Osai OPEN numerical control system, combined with an operator console and All-in-One PC, provides an intuitive interface and advanced production process management.
Safety is ensured by a movable cabin equipped with an electric safety lock and triple-layer PVC protections, while the pneumatic extraction hood system maintains a clean and efficient working environment.
