Description
The DRD-5ATF is a new-generation 5-axis machining center designed for processing wood, plastics, and similar materials, equipped with the Osai OPEN control system.
The machine features a double nesting working table of 1380 × 1540 mm each, for a total working area of 2780 × 1540 mm.
The table system is configurable with a vacuum setup adapted to production needs, with the option to install accessories such as a presetting system and stop pistons for workpiece positioning.
The machine is equipped with an HSK 63 electrospindle, 7.5/11 kW power, 20,000 RPM, water-cooled, mounted on a bi-rotary head.
The tool changer is a 10-position linear system located at the rear of the machine.
Axis movement is based on screw-and-nut transmission for all axes, ensuring precision and stability in full 5-axis machining.

Structure
Fixed gantry machine with two moving tables. Vacuum hood equipped with dual suction connections and triple-layer PVC protective skirts for ejection safety.
Working tables
Two nesting tables of 1380 × 1540 mm each, for a total working area of 2780 × 1540 mm.
Tables made of double-layer checkerboard bakelite (sandwich structure).
Each table has its own vacuum zone.
Reference stops
10 total reference stops (5 per table): 4 longitudinal and 6 latitudinal.
Spindle
