Technical features

STRUCTURE

Fixed table with moving gantry.
The machine is enclosed within a cabin equipped with an opening door for loading and unloading workpieces. During machining operations, the door remains closed.

Two openings are provided for the passage of the suction hose.

WORKING TABLE

The working area measures 994 × 994 mm, with 2 vacuum zones.
The table is made of 2 aluminum layers (sandwich structure) with a micro-perforated surface.

The lower layer has been specially machined to allow the installation of heating elements for warming the working table.

WORKING UNITS

2 syringes operated by pressure systems.

Each syringe is equipped with an ultrasonic system controlled by a dedicated regulation unit.

The pressure systems are moved by two stepper servo motors controlled through dedicated regulation units.

Each syringe is mounted on a plate allowing vertical positioning, ensured by two brushless servo motors controlled by the CNC.

The two working units are fully independent from each other for both horizontal and vertical movement.
