The Cosmec machining center is a CNC machine designed for precision machining on large-size panels, featuring a robust and reliable structure, ideal for intensive production cycles. Equipped with a 5250 x 1320 mm working area, the machine is particularly suitable for woodworking and plastic material processing, offering high stability and excellent machining quality.
The configuration with double HSD electrospindles up to 24,000 rpm allows simultaneous machining operations, significantly increasing productivity and reducing cycle times. The system is completed by two transported tool changers with 8 positions each, ensuring high operational flexibility. The OSAI numerical control guarantees precision and reliability in machining management, while axis movement through ball screws, linear guides and bearing blocks combined with Yaskawa servo motors and servo drives ensures high dynamic performance. The machine is also equipped with automatic grease lubrication managed by CNC, reducing maintenance and increasing component lifespan.
Thanks to the safety system with mats for pendulum machining, the machine is particularly suitable for continuous and high-volume production.
