Description
The Bulleri FPM is a CNC machining center featuring a working area of 5500 × 1400 mm with a bar-type table, particularly suitable for high-precision machining of large panels.
The machine is equipped with OSAI numerical control, ensuring accurate and reliable operation management. Axis movement is achieved through ball screw transmission, linear guides, and sliding blocks, guaranteeing high smoothness, precision, and long-term stability. The system is also fitted with Yaskawa servo motors and servo drives, ensuring high dynamic performance and precise motion control.
The operating configuration includes 1 drilling unit, 1 HSD electrospindle mounted on a 5-axis bi-rotary head, and 1 HSD electrospindle with a 12-position automatic tool changer, providing high flexibility and versatility in machining operations. Automatic grease lubrication, directly managed by the CNC, helps optimize maintenance and extend the lifespan of mechanical components.
